中文摘要: 单极虫是粘孢子虫的重要类群,对养殖和野生鱼类造成严重危害。有关单极虫类群的分类地位及起源尚不明确,部分物种的有效性有待研究。本项目拟以我国淡水鱼类寄生单极虫为研究对象,利用形态学、组织学、分子生物学等方法,鉴定和梳理鱼类单极虫物种,理清我国单极虫分类的混乱局面。根据关键形态特征与单极虫系统发育位置的相关性分析,阐明单极虫单个极囊特征的分类学意义,明确单极虫属的有效性。另外,通过单极虫祖先的极囊状态重建与过渡极囊类型的发育过程比较,揭示单极虫单个极囊的演化过程,阐明单极虫的起源。本项目的完成将极大丰富我国单极虫物种资源,为揭示单极虫的系统进化模式奠定理论基础,并为我国淡水鱼类单极虫病害的有效监测和相应防治策略的制定提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Thelohanellus is an important group of myxosporeans, resulting in mass mortality or loss of economic value of both cultured and wild fish. The taxonomic status and origin of Thelohanellus are undefined and the validity of some species needs to be verified. The present project will identify and arrange Thelohanellus species infecting freshwater fish in China by morphological, histological, and molecular methods. Correlation between phylogeny and key morphological feature will be analyzed to elucidate the taxonomic significance of single polar capsule character and validity of genus Thelohanellus. In addition, based on reconstruction of ancestral polar capsule character of Thelohanellus and comparison of transitional polar capsule development, the evolution of single polar capsule and origin of Thelohanellus will be revealed. The completion of this project will enrich Thelohanellus species resources in China and provide the theoretical basis for revealing phylogenetic relationship of Thelohanellus, effectively monitoring the thelohanellosis, and formulating the appropriate control strategies in China.
