中文摘要: 大数据时代背景下,对不确定数据处理技术要求不断提高。模糊集是处理不确定信息的有力工具。两极性和模糊性一样是事物的本质属性,然而模糊集研究却一直忽略了不相容两极性问题。双极值模糊集首次将不相容两极性引入到模糊集理论中,其在推理方面显示出强大的理论和应用前景。正则型模糊推理是模糊推理研究热点,因为提出仅20年,正则双极值模糊推理研究还处在起步阶段。因此,本项目选题研究正则双极值模糊推理的理论与方法。首先,在前期双极值算子理论研究基础上,探讨正则型双极值模糊推理的3I方法,并对算法性能进行分析,力求在完备的逻辑理论框架下,研究双极值模糊推理。其次,将不相容模糊性引入到粗糙集理论研究中,在前期双极值粗糙模糊集研究基础上,探讨正则双极值模糊粗糙集理论及推理方法。本项目的研究将为刚刚兴起的双极值模糊推理奠定夯实的理论基础,并为双极值模糊集与粗糙集结合的理论与推理方法的研究提供崭新思路。

英文摘要: In the era of big data, requirements to the process technique of uncertain information are increasingly improved. Fuzzy set theory is a powerful tool to handle uncertain information. Bipolarity as well as fuzziness is an inherent and internal part of everything. While, the inconsistent bipolarity is always neglected in the fuzzy set theory. Bipolar-valued fuzzy set firstly introduces the inconsistent bipolarity to the fuzzy set theory and has demonstrated strong theory and application prospects in the uncertain reasoning. The regular fuzzy reasoning is a hot topic, while, since the introduction of the bipolar-valued fuzzy set is just about 20 years, the regular bipolar-valued fuzzy reasoning is still an open problem. Thus, this project will devote to the study of the theory and methods to the regular bipolar-valued fuzzy reasoning. Firstly, based on the prepared job, a series of the bipolar-valued fuzzy 3I reasoning methods will be given, and the performance of the methods will be discussed, trying to discuss bipolar-valued fuzzy reasoning under the logic structure. Then, by introducing the inconsistent fuzziness into the rough set theory, theory and methods to the reasoning about the regular fuzzy rough set are presented, on the basis of the bipolar-valued rough fuzzy set. The aim of the project is to lay the solid theory foundation to the bipolar-valued fuzzy reasoning, and meanwhile, to provide the new ideas to the research of theory and reasoning methods to combine bipolar-valued fuzzy set with rough set.
