中文摘要: 产品设计过程是问题空间和解空间的粒度和描述方式都不断进化的动态过程,为了提高产品的综合性能和生命力,有必要将创新设计的思想贯穿于整个产品设计的动态过程之中。为此,本项目拟以亟待解决的高速电主轴自主创新设计问题入手,开展基于粒度计算面向产品创新设计的方法和技术研究。具体研究内容包括:(1)面向创新设计的多域耦合系统分析和建模方法研究;(2)基于粒度计算的产品创新设计过程演化机制研究;(3)基于多粒度产品设计决策信息的设计方案综合评价;(4)提出基于粒度计算的机械产品创新设计框架。并将研究成果应用到高速电主轴的设计过程中,进行电主轴的自主创新设计和试制,完善国内高速驱动实验系统平台,将理论研究成果推向实用化。因此,本项目的研究既具有重要的科学意义,又具有充分的应用价值。

英文摘要: Product development is a dynamic design process that the granularity and description of the problem space and solution space are evolving continuously. In order to improve the product's overall performance and vitality, it is necessary to implement innovative design thinking throughout the entire dynamic product development process. This project intends to use high-speed motorized spindle innovation design as a breakthrough point, to carry out the research of product innovation design method and technology based on granular computing. The research contents include: (1) Research of multi-domain coupled system analysis and modeling methods oriented to innovation design; (2) Research of the evolutionary mechanism of product innovation design based on granular computing; (3) Design solution evaluation based on multi-granularity product design information; (4) Innovation design framework for mechanical products based on granular computing. Then the research results will be applied on the independent innovation design process of hign-speed motorized spindle, to establish the domestic high-speed drive test platform, so as to implement theoretical research to practical use. Therefore, the project has both high scientific significance and good application value.
