中文摘要: 采用阳极氧化法制备的氧化锆纳米管阵列结构高度取向有序,不仅比表面积大,而且其量子效应突出,在催化、生物活性、吸附降解和力学等方面均表现出优异性能,但其综合性能还不够理想,为了进一步完善、提高氧化锆纳米管阵列的性能,促进其在实际中的应用,需要对氧化锆纳米管阵列结构进行改性。 本项目采用合金化掺杂的方法对其进行改性研究,先将拟掺杂物质与金属锆熔炼均匀制备锆基合金,然后通过阳极氧化制备锆基合金氧化物纳米管阵列,从而实现离子均匀掺入氧化锆晶格,达到稳定晶型和提高性能的目的。本项目主要研究内容包括锆基合金成分的确定及锆基合金氧化物纳米管阵列的制备工艺、纳米管阵列的相结构及性能研究、影响纳米管阵列晶体结构和性能的主要因素及作用机制。

英文摘要: Highly ordered zirconia nanotube arrays with large specific area and obvious quantum effect show excellent properties in the fields of catalyst, biological activity, absorption-degradation and mechanics. However, their comprehensive properties are far from ideal and the modification study is necessary in order to improve their properties and promote their practical application. This project is to conduct modification study of zirconia nanotube arrays through doping via alloying treatment. Zirconium based alloys are to be prepared by smelting zirconium metal with doped additives, and then anodization is conducted to prepare zirconium based alloy oxide nanotube arrays. Through this method, the doped ions would go into zirconia lattice homogeneously so as to achieve nanotube arrays with stablized crystalline pattern and better properties. The main research contents include determination of the alloy composition, preparation techniques of the alloy oxide nanotube arrays, study of crystal phase structure and properties, the main factors that affect crystal structure and properties as well as their action mechanism.
