中文摘要: 本项目以脾虚家兔模型为研究对象,采用MFF多点薄膜压力测试系统、拟合函数模型、行为量表评定、电镜、免疫组化等方法技术,分别观察一指禅推法和摩法在50~100、101~150、151~200、201~250次/min四个频率段治疗后动物行为症状、胃肠粘膜上皮细胞形态、血清Na+、K+、Cl-离子浓度、胃泌素(GAS)、红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3BRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)的动态变化,根据不同频率值下频率-效应的相关性,系统探讨缓摩为补,急摩为泻的正确性,科学表达补与泻的具体频率值,通过观察手法在什么频率段对效应指标产生良性影响、不良影响、不产生影响,从而甄别出手法治疗的无效、有效、最佳和伤害频率段,为手法治疗提供量化操作标准。研究结果可以提高对传统经验理论的认知水平,为规范化的手法操作奠定基础,切实推动推拿学科向前迈进一步。

英文摘要: This project treat spleen deficient rabbit model as the research object, using MFF multipoint film pressure test system, fitting function model, behavior scale assessment, electron microscopy, immunohistochemical technology during the study. Respectively observe the dynamic change about symptoms of animal behavior ,gastrointestinal mucosa epithelial cells type, ion concentration about Serum Na+, Serum K+ ,Serum CL+, serum Gastrin(GAS), red cell C3b receptor rosette rate (RBC-C3BRR), red blood cell immune complex rosette rate(RBC-ICR) after pushing manipulation with one finger and rubbing manipulation by four frequency range: 50~100time/min,101~150 time/min,151~200 time/min,201~250time/min. According to the correlation between frequency and effect by different frequency, investigating the accuracy about the slow rubbing to nourish and quick rubbing to purge systematically. Discover the specific frequency that can be same with nourish or purge scientifically. By observing the manipulation in different frequency range that result in different effects (including favorable influence、bad influence and does no influence),thus identifying which frequency range is invalid, effective, optimal or harm in manipulative therapy,and providing quantitative standard for manipulation treatment. The results of this study can improve the level about cognition in traditional experience, laying a foundation for the standardization of clinical operation, promoting the development of Tui Na to a correct direction.
