中文摘要: 如何依据尾矿化学成分矿物组成设计制备出满足综合使用性能的微晶玻璃是学术界普遍关注的课题。高硅铁尾矿和菱镁石尾矿能够提供SiO2、MgO,与含铝物料经过适当调配,可以得到化学计量与堇青石相近的微晶玻璃生产原料。本项目以铁尾矿和菱镁石尾矿两种废弃资源为原料制备MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系堇青石基微晶玻璃,采用综合热分析技术以及微观结构检测和组织性能检测相结合的方法,重点研究两种尾矿制备堇青石微晶玻璃的原料组成设计、尾矿体系中铁氧化物在尾矿微晶玻璃析晶过程中的行为及其对微晶玻璃晶体结构及综合性能的影响,建立尾矿微晶玻璃制备过程化学反应动力学模型,揭示尾矿微晶玻璃析晶过程控制机理,探寻尾矿物种结构与微晶玻璃综合性能之间的相互关系,为尾矿微晶玻璃制备提供理论基础。

英文摘要: The subject of design and prepare glass-ceramics with excellent performance based on the chemical composition of tailings is widely concerned. Hi-Si bearing iron tailings and magnesite tailings can provide MgO and SiO2, when they were allocated with aluminum-containing materials properly, raw materials similar with cordierite stoichiometry can be produced. Accordingly, we use iron tailings and magnesite tailings to prepare MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 cordierite based glass-ceramic. Comprehensive thermal analysis,microstructure and property testing method will be adopted to research two kind tailings' material composition design. Focus on the behavior of Ferro-oxides during the nuclearization and crystallization process and the effects on glass-ceramics' crystal structure of infinitely miscible substitutional solid solution generated from iron oxides and magnesium oxides and other impurity phases. Set up the chemical reaction dynamics model of cordierite based glass-ceramics from tailings. Prove up the control mechanism of precipitation process of MAS cordierite-based glass-ceramics with non-stoichiometric composition.Investigate the relationship between tailings's mineral constituation and glass-ceramics' properties.
