中文摘要: 针对目前GNSS(以GPS为例)电离层层析反演电子密度中存在的数据质量控制和计算过程不适定及昼夜过度区域格网如何合理划分等问题,发展一套精度/可靠性/分辨率更高的新型电离层层析成像方法,主要包括:适应层析反演要求,研究在海量数据条件下如何快速准确可靠地实现GPS 数据质量控制,包括修复周跳、剔除粗差、恢复数据连续性等;深入系统分析现有电离层层析成像技术中不适定问题产生的原因,合理地选择电离层层析系统中的权阵和约束公式系统中的约束阵,以获取更高精度的电离层电子密度估计信息,确保反演结果的物理意义更为明晰;建立能够有效顾及昼夜过度区域及日蚀与月蚀因素影响的综合电离层蚀因子概念/方法,有效解决目前电离层层析模型中昼夜过度区域网格的如何合理划分问题。编制将新方法应用于大地测量等涉及高精度电离层延迟修正的科学研究/工程应用领域的软件,初步探索利用其进行武汉地区电离层天气监测/预报/警报的可能性。

英文摘要: To resolve the problems of ionospheric tomography, such as the quality control of GPS observation data, ill-posed problem and the partition of grid in the transition region of day and night,a set of new algorithms,whose accuracy,reliability and resolution are higher than the existed algorithms, are proposed. The main works are include:1) how to contronl the quality of GPS observation data by using a fast and veracious technique under the condition of having a great deal of data;2) analyzing the occuring reason of ill-posed problem in ionospheric tomography, selecting reasonable weight matrix and constraint matrix in ionospheric tomography system to obtain more accurate electron density information;3) To solve the partition of grid in the transition region of day and night, a new concept or method of ionopheric ellipise factor, which considers the influences of the transition region of day and night and eclips, will be investigated. Meanwhile, a new ionospheric tomography software will be written, the possibility will be explored to applying the tomographic software to monitor/forecast/alarm space weather.
