中文摘要: 本项目针对目前新一代多普勒天气雷达的径向速度观测数据在风场反演中存在的问题和不足,研究基于单多普勒雷达径向速度数据的风场反演方法。本项目以申请人已经完成的速度数据质量控制、VVP方法的分析和改进为基础,首先从理论上讨论VAD、VAP、VVP、简化伴随模式等不同反演方法的适定性,然后以模拟风场和南京等地双多普勒雷达反演、风廓线仪、探空、回波追踪矢量等为参考,使用模拟径向速度数据和经过质量控制的实际径向速度数据,对各种反演方法的效果进行比较分析,总结不同反演方法的适用性、局限性和误差原因,寻找适合不同条件的最优反演方法,方便实际业务应用。本项目成果有助于改善单多普勒雷达反演获取灾害性天气系统风场的能力和精度,提高多普勒天气雷达速度数据的应用水平,充分发挥多普勒天气雷达在灾害性天气临近预报、资料同化等领域的作用。

英文摘要: Aiming to the current problems and deficiencies in the wind retrieval of the radial velocity data detecting by China new generation Doppler weather radars, this item studies on the wind retrieval methods of the radial velocity detecting by single Doppler radars. Taking the quantity control of the radial velocity data and the analysis and improvement of the VVP method as the basis for this item, the posedness of different retrieval methods like VAD,VAP,VVP and the simple adjoint model is discussed theoretically at first, and then simulated radial velocity data and quanlity controlled real radial velocity data and are used to comparally analyze the effects of different retrieval methods along with simulated wind fields and Dual Doppler radar retrieval,wind profiler,sounding and echo tracking vectors served as references in order to summarize the applicability, limitation and error source and to select the preferred retrieval method appropriate for a given condition for convenient business application. Results of this item is helpful to improve the capability and precision to acquire the wind field for severe weather by single Doppler radars, raise the application level of velocity data of Doppler weather radars, and give full play to the role of Doppler weather radars in severe weather nowcasting, data assimilatio
