中文摘要: 复合材料在民机(包括商用飞机和通用飞机)中的大量使用直接导致对高效可靠的复合材料结构先进维修技术及基础理论的迫切需求。当前我国对民机复合材料结构维修基础理论缺乏系统研究,核心技术储备严重不足。开展民机复合材料结构维修基础理论及关键技术研究,攻克共性基础问题,对突破国外技术垄断,推动我国民机复合材料维修技术的跨越式发展和快速提升,具有重大的战略意义。本项目拟针对民机复合材料结构维修设计、维修实施和维修验证所涉及的核心基础问题,开展系统的多学科交叉研究,包括:研发高效高可靠性的复合材料结构维修设计分析理论和方法,阐明复合材料结构维修固化行为及其与材料性能的关联机制,揭示复合材料维修界面本征性能和结合机理,开展基础理论的综合实验验证,为我国民机复合材料结构维修技术体系的标准化建设提供科学理论基础和关键技术支撑。

英文摘要: The rapid increasing in the usage of composite materials in modern civil aircraft including commericial aircraft and general aircraft leads to an immediate and active demand on advanced composite structure repair technologies with high efficiency and reliability and the fundamental theories for composite structure repair.The current shortage in key technologies reservation in civil aviation composite structure repair in China is directly due to the lack of a systematic study on its fundamental theories. It is of immense strategic significance to promote a great-leap-forward development in the key technologies in the composite repair area and to finally break down the monopoly of western countries. This proposal is about a multidisciplinary research on the key theories and technologies in civil aviation composite structure repair, including the study on the theory and methodology for reliable and efficient repair design, the understanding of the curing behavior of materials under the repair environment and its correlation to the repair material properties, the revealing of the essential characteristics and the binding mechanisms of composite repair interface, and finally the experimental substantiation of the theories.
