中文摘要: 近年来,随着环渤海等多个沿海经济区发展上升为国家战略,基于高光谱遥感的海岸带资源调查和实时环境监测的需求异常迫切。而高光谱影像的大数据量及空间信道带宽的有限性和脆弱性,使星上存储和传输高光谱影像成为一项极具挑战性的工作。本课题对适应空间信道传输的星载高光谱海岸带影像压缩的理论和方法进行研究,主要解决三方面问题:一是星上编码端的复杂性,二是压缩码流传输的鲁棒性,三是压缩编码的效率。课题的研究将以大连海岸带为实证,以高光谱海岸带影像的特性及星上信息处理的环境为依据,以追求编码端低复杂度、较强的抗信道干扰能力和对海岸带感兴趣区域的高保真度解码为目标,创新研究思路和方法。拟采取以分布式编码机制为主线、结合基于感兴趣区域的关键帧多描述编码和WZ帧的压缩感知编码策略的研究路线,在注重优化设计子问题编码方案的同时,注意各方案的衔接与补充,力图为星载高光谱海岸带影像的压缩和传输提供一种新的方法和理论依据。

英文摘要: In recent years, to development the coastal economic zone, such as Bohai Sea rim, has become a national strategy. There is thus an urgent need to investigate coastal resources and to real-time monitor the environments based on hyperspectral remote sensing. However, the amount of hyperspectral image data is very huge, and the space channel is bandwidth-limited and vulnerable as well. This makes satellite-borne storage and transmission of hyperspectral images a much challenging job. The purpose of this project is to research the compression theories and methods of satellite-borne hyperspectral coastal imaging for the transmission through space channel. We plan to solve three fundamental problems, namely satellite-borne coding complexity, robustness of bit-stream transmission, and coding efficiency. By studying the case of Dalian coastal, we will analyze the characteristics of hyperspectral coastal imaging as well as the satellite-borne information processing environment. Through exploiting creative ideas and methods, we pursue a low-complexity coder, strong resistance interference ability, and high-fidelity decoding of the coastal region of interest.
