中文摘要: 本项目取得了如下成果:1) 建立了XCT、DOT、BLT 的多模态融合图像重建理论和算法; 2) 提出了高阶全变差的概念和数学表示,并以此为基础建立了XCT的内问题正则化理论; 3) 建立了Landweber格式收敛的充分必要条件,发现了Landweber格式的有限步收敛性质; 4) 建立了EM算法的superiorization性质,并把有关结果成功用于BLT重建; 5) 提出了光学分子层析成像的非接触测量的修正方法; 6) 完成了In-Vivo Imaging System FX成像系统改造,使之实现了XCT、DOT、BLT等成像,并在改造后的系统上完成了初步的成像实验。

英文摘要: We have achieved the following results: 1) we have established the theory and algorithms for fused multi-modality image reconstruction; 2) we have proposed higher-order total variation and its mathematical formulation, and established the regularization theory for the interior problem of XCT; 3) we have established the sufficient and necessary condition for the Landweber scheme and found its finite convergence property; 4) we have established the superiorization property for the EM algorithm and applied the results to BLT; 5) we have proposed a refined model for non-contact measurement in optical molecular tomography; 6) we have completed the upgrade for the In-Vivo Imaging System FX to enable it for XCT, DOT and BLT, and conducted preliminary experiment in the upgraded system.
