中文摘要: 现实世界存在着大量包含多类对象、对象间存在多种关系的复杂异构网络,这些网络比传统的同构网络具有更加复杂的结构,也包含了更加丰富的信息,这使得对异构网络的研究更为重要也颇具挑战。本项目以异构网络为研究对象,对其内部结构和演变模式进行研究,具体内容包括:研究异构网络对象间结构与语义相似度的计算方法,进而进行相似对象搜索及相关度量指标设计;研究异构网络聚类方法,实现异构网络社团高效探测;研究异构网络中社团的演化行为及演化过程中节点的相互影响,以更好的理解此类网络的演变模式。本项目旨在通过对异构网络的分析,准确、快速地揭示其节点的相似关系、挖掘其内在的社团结构、理解其功能特性、发现其演化规律、监控与预测其演变行为。同时,设计实现时空效率高、无需用户干预、可伸缩性强、鲁棒性好的算法软件包,并使其能广泛用于分析各种真实异构网络系统。

英文摘要: In the real world, there are a large amount of complex heterogeneous networks, which consist of multi-typed objects connected by multi-typed links. These heterogeneous networks possess more complex structures and contain more information than the traditional homogeneous networks, which makes the study of them is really an urgent and challenging task.This project is focused on the internal structure and evolution pattern of the heterogeneous network. The main research content of this project is as follows. First, we will study the calculation of structural or semantic similarity between objects in the heterogeneous network, and will use them to guide the similarity search and devise the relevant measure metric. Second, we will research the clustering methods to detect the communities in the heterogeneous network more effectively. Finally, we will study the evolution behavior of the community and examine how the multi-typed objects may influence each other during the network evolution, to understand the evolution pattern of the heterogeneous network better. By analyzing the heterogeneous network, this project aims to reveal the similarity relationship between nodes,mining the intrinsic community structure, understand the function of the heterogeneous network, and discover the evolution law to monitor and forecast
