英文摘要: A great of attention has been played to explore the microstructure of magnetic domain and the magnetization reversal process in amorphous GdFeCo films duo its perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and large magneto-optical Kerr coefficient. The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in GdFeCo can still keep when thickness is large than 100nm. It is still unknown for the origin of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in GdFeCo film. This project will employe high sensitive magneto-optical measurement to detect the both of the average of the reduced polar magnetization <Mz> and the average of square polar magnetization during the process of the magnetization reversal. The ferromagnetic resonance will be used to probe the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy including high order term with varied temperature. The evolutiong of the magnetic domain probed by Kerr microscopy will be present and discuss in the frame of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. Not only the first order of magnetic perpendicular anisotropy but also the second order will be counted. This work is helpful to understand the origin of the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in GdFeCo films and offer great information for the potential application.
