中文摘要: 制造网格是传统网络化制造概念在应用网格技术以后的延伸和升级,制造资源的优化配置和检索是制造网格中资源共享的关键和核心研究内容。本项目基于处方工程学理论,借鉴ISA S88 模型标准,建立产品的处方模型,并用处方形式化描述语言RFDL对产品处方进行描述;基于课题组前期研究成果"制造网格中制造资源的统一建模方法",运用本体描述语言DWL对制造资源信息模型进行规范化统一描述,构建制造加工服务描述语义网;研究产品处方模型到资源信息模型的转换规则;采用定性和定量相结合的方法,建立制造资源优化配置模型;设计适用于制造网格系统的由产品处方模型驱动的制造资源优化配置方法,并对算法进行实例验证和可靠性分析。

英文摘要: Manufacturing grid is the extension and upgrade of traditional networked manufacturing after applying grid technique. Optimized allocation and retrieval of manufacturing resources is the core research content in manufacturing grid system. Product recipe model will be established in this project based on recipe engineering theory and the ISA S88 model standards, and the product recipes will be described using recipe formalization description language( RFDL). Based on the former research results of the manufacturing resources' unified modeling method in the manufacturing grid and using body description language DWL to describe manufacturing resource information model and to construct manufacturing processing services description semantic web.The conversion rules from the product recipe model to resource information model will be studied. The qualitative and quantitative methods are both applied to establish the manufacturing resources optimized allocation model. Optimized allocation methods which adapt for manufacturing resource in manufacturing grid system will be designed driven by product recipe model.the algorithm should be verified and its reliability be analyzed.
