中文摘要: 近年来同步辐射的一维和二维衍射研究成为热点,高能物理研究所跟踪最新研究进展,在微结构气体探测器和丝室探测器应用研究方面积累了丰富经验。本项目在此基础上,研制出一套单丝气体探测器,采用探测器和电子学读出子母板连接结构,读出方法采用TOT技术,将一维单丝探测器读出条幅度信号转换为时间宽度信号,利用单次事例的条分布结果,在FPGA在线实现中重心法处理读出的事例位置信息。自主研究一维单丝气体探测器;结合研制的三维移动装置,在同步辐射实验站完成不同晶体衍射测量,实现同步辐射计数率>500kHz/cm2 和位置分辨率<150μm@10keV探测需求,研制可用于同步6keV~15keV能量范围的一维衍射成像探测器。本研究将在一维衍射单丝气体探测器制作工艺、TOT读出电子学研制和同步辐射衍射成像应用研究等方面积累丰富的技术。

英文摘要: In recent years, one-dimensional and two-dimensional diffraction studies on synchrotron radiation become a hot spot. Tracking the latest research progress, Institute of High Energy Physics accumulated a wealth of experience in applied research of micro-pattern of gas detectors and wire chamber detectors. With the basis, the project developed a single-wire gas detectors in which readout electronic uses TOT technology, the analog signal amplitude is inverted to the width of a digital signal, the position information is got with barycenter method on charge distribution of single event. The project will develop three-dimensional movement apparatus on synchrotron radiation experiment station to complete different crystal diffraction measurement. The project plans to achieve count rate is more than 500kHz/cm2 on synchrotron radiation and position resolution is better than 150μm@10keV detection. The project plans to develop 1D diffraction imaging detector on energy range 6keV ~ 15keV. In this study, we can accumulate a wealth of experience on production process of the single-wire gas detectors, TOT readout electronics research and synchrotron radiation diffraction imaging applications.
