中文摘要: 本项目拟将金属氧化物纳米粒子、碳纳米管及不同修饰状态的碳纳米管分别与不同侧基的高温硫化硅橡胶纳米复合,制备硅橡胶杂化材料;对金属氧化物纳米粒子的种类、晶型、粒径及用量,碳纳米管的长径比、表面状态及其在硅橡胶基体中的分散程度,以及碳纳米管协同金属氧化物对杂化材料的热稳定作用进行系统地研究;揭示不同特性的金属氧化物、不同表面状态的碳纳米管及碳纳米管协同金属氧化物对不同侧基的硅橡胶热老化降解行为的影响规律;从微观分析以及热氧化动力学过程,阐明金属氧化物及碳纳米管对硅橡胶的热稳定作用机理,单分散状态对更好地发挥金属氧化物的热稳定作用机理,以及碳纳米管协同金属氧化物对硅橡胶的热稳定作用机理。本项目的研究可为提高硅橡胶的热稳定性探索出新途径,有望将硅橡胶的耐热等级提升到新水平,为研究开发航空航天及其它尖端技术所需耐高温橡胶提供理论依据。

英文摘要: We propose to incorporate metal oxide nanoparticles, pristine CNTs, and CNTs with different modified states respectively into high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with various side groups to prepare silicone rubber-based hybrids. We will investigate the effects of several factors on the thermal stability of silicone rubber, such as kind,crystal form,size,content of metal oxides,aspect ratio,state of surface, the dispersion in silicone rubber matrix of CNTs, and the synergism of metal oxides and CNTs;reveal the laws governing thermal aging degradation behavior of silicone rubber with various side groups;by microscopic analysis and investigating the process of thermaloxidative kinetics, to elucidate the mechanism of the thermal stability of silicone rubber by using metal oxide nanoparticles and CNTs respectively, the mechanism of the better thermal stability of silicone rubber by using monodisperse metal oxide nanoparticles, the mechanism of the thermal stability of silicone rubber of synergism of metal oxide and CNTs. This research probes a new way to improve the thermal stability of silicone rubber,promotes the heat-resistant property of silicone rubber to a new level, and provides theoretical basis for developing the elastomer with high heat-resistance used in aerospace and other advanced fields.
