中文摘要: 河口潮间带和湿地是陆地物质与海洋物质交换的主要场所,在控制近海水体富营养化过程中发挥着重要作用。由于城市化进程的快速推进,大量养分元素进入水体,是造成近海水体富营养化的主要诱因。养分元素中有机组分很大程度上受到到潮间带及湿地土壤微生物活性的影响。本研究拟选择渤海湾内两处典型的河口湿地作为研究对象,借助Biolog碳源代谢特征图谱和稳定同位素13C示源等技术手段,通过对不同质地湿地土壤微生物活性及微生物群落碳代谢季节变化的分析,河口及其上游流域土壤有机质各组分稳定同位素丰度的测定,研究造成沿海水体养分升高的物质来源,以及土壤微生物在有机组分分解转化中的作用机理,分析推测养分元素的最终去向。通过以上三个方面的研究,为进一步扩展土壤微生物学的基础研究领域,研究近海水体富营养化的形成机理,及为研究区域湿地资源保护工作提供科学依据和有效的数据支撑。

英文摘要: Estuary is a complex aquatic eco-system that link the terrestrial and ocean carbon, nitrogen and other substance cycles,it play a vital role for coastal eutrophication. More and more nutrients were transported into marine system by soil run-off and river drainage, due to the rapid increase of population and development of urbanization. Those nutrients are the fundamental incentives for coastal eutrophication, and normally were divided into organic and inorganic form in body of water. Inorganic nutrients can be utilized by primary producers directly,while the validities of organic matter have to rely on soil microbial in estuary and marsh. we propose to analysis the activities and community structures of soil microbial derived from two typical estuaries with different soil texture in Bohai bay, biolog technology will conduct to determine soil microbial metabolic finger-print,and theδ13C value of soil organic matter will be examined during seasons. We aim to 1)determine the origin, turnover and fate of nutrients which enhance coastal eutrophicaton in those two esturaies,2)investigate the function of estuary soil microbial during organic matter turnover process,3)research the activities and community structures of soil microbial under unique estuary environment.
