中文摘要: 本研究基于分子证据和形态学资料,进一步验证已有的形态学和分子系统学的研究结果,力求理清中国堇菜属各类群混乱状态,以期建立堇菜属的系统学基本框架,为合理利用该属的种质资源提供科学依据。研究主要成果有: 1.在国内,首次采用来自不同基因组的多个 DNA 序列探讨中国堇菜属的系统发育关系,所得到的系统树具有较高的分辨率和置信度; 2.首次对中国堇菜属染色体数目、柱头样式、茎样式、托叶类型的演化路线进行了推测; 3.澄清了部分属内组间亲缘关系; 4.对传统分类系统进行了部分修订; 5.探明中国长萼堇菜各地种群的细胞型,讨论了它们的分布格局; 6.综合AFLP数据和细胞学数据,探讨长萼堇菜多倍体的起源次数和扩散路线。 7.发表或待发表论文4篇;编写有关专著3本。

英文摘要: Here we examined the phylogeny and taxonomy of the genus based on the combination of morphological and DNA sequence data, which could prove the existing results both from morphological and molecular characters. It could be helpful not only for better understanding of phylogeny in Viola, but for further effective utilization of germplasm resources in Viola. The resultes of our study are as follows: 1. It was the first time to investigate the phylogenetic relationships of Chinese Viola by using multiple DNA sequences from two genomes. Most of the major phylogenetic relationships were stable and supported well; 2. The evolutionary trends in chromosome, stems, stipules and stigmas of Viola were speculated; 3. Some intrageneric relationships in Viola were clarified; 4. Some new revisions in Viola were put forward; 5. The cytotype of different populations of Viola inconspicua in China were clarified; 6. Combined AFLP data and cytotype data, the origin and spread of polyploid were speculated; 7. 4 papers and 3 monograph on this study have been published or being printed.
