中文摘要: 定日镜是塔式太阳能热发电站中的核心装置,对定日镜面形进行快速精确检测是保证电站高效运行的关键。本项目将对大面积拼接式定日镜面形的快速检测的基本原理与方法进行研究,具体研究内容为:(1)提出基于复合正交条纹反射的定日镜面形多视角检测方法;(2)建立大视场条件下镜面面形检测系统的快速标定及匹配策略;(3)研究基于多视角条件下海量梯度数据的快速融合及重构。本项目拟从复合正交条纹检测理论、标定方法研究,三维重构及多视角数据匹配等方面进行全面研究。本研究将为定日镜面形的快速精确检测提供理论与技术支撑,研究成果将提升定日镜的面形检测效率及产品竞争力,具有很好的应用前景。

英文摘要: Heliostat has been the core equipment of solar thermal power tower plant, a fast and accurate measurement method of heliostat shape is critical to guarantee high-efficiency operation of the plant. In this project, the principle and method of the heliostat shape measurement based on fringe reflection technology and binocular vision will be deeply studied, content of this research are given: (1) The shape measurement method of heliostat based on combined orthogonal fringe reflection is proposed; (2) The fast and precise calibration method and algorithm of this measurement system will be proposed in detail; (3) The shape surface of large stitched heliostat is reconstructed based on measured multi-view gradient data. This project mainly discusses from four aspects as proposing the combined orthogonal fringe reflection method, presenting calibration method 3D shape reconstruction and matching corresponding data. The research of this project would provide theoretical basis and technology support for the shape measurement of heliostat, the result having a better application prospect will enhance the shape measurement efficiency and competitiveness of heliostat.
