Rare earth materials have been widely used in various areas such as luminescent, magnetic, and catalytic materials due to their unique properties, and have been an extensive research field of nanomaterials. To date, rare earth nanomaterials are mainly synthesized by some common methods, such as hydro/solvothermal, co-precipitation, and so on. Based on our work on the synthesis of a series of rare earth nanomateials, this program is aiming at fabricating several europium nanomaterials under the co-assistance of microwave, ultrasonic wave and ultraviolet light. Experiments will be carried out to investigate the effect of synthesis conditions on the nanomaterials so as to optimize these synthesis conditions and the formation mechanism will also be explored. The optical property will be tested and evaluated, and the relationship between structure and optical property will be studied after the successful preparation of a series of europium nanomaterials, which will provide instructions for the synthesis of function-oriented synthesis of rare earth nanomaterials. After that, other rare earth nanomaterials will be synthesized and their properties will be studied. A series of nanomaterials with novel structure and excellent properties may be obtained in this work. Furthermore, this work may provide method and experiment
