中文摘要: 随着红树林生态功能的日益凸显,保护红树林越发重要。红树林植物生长演变成为当前海洋科学研究的热点,特别是从人类活动剧烈的百年尺度研究红树林演变对其保护更具实际意义。本课题拟选择近年来受人类开发影响剧烈的钦州湾红树林为研究对象,以新兴萜醇生物标志物为研究红树植物生长变化的手段,首先应用可行的分析技术对红树林表层沉积物中萜醇进行准确定量,结合研究区内现今红树植物生长密度,进而建立沉积物中萜醇与红树植物生长密度的响应方程。应用铅和铯同位素测年手段厘定柱状样的年代,依据已建立的数学方程,结合柱状样中萜醇含量定量分析近百年来钦州湾红树林生长发育信息,在此基础上获得近百年来钦州湾红树林兴衰演化的历史记录。旨在为今后红树林演化规律的研究提供一种新的手段,同时为红树林海岸带保护和管理提供科学依据。

英文摘要: Right now it is more and more important to protect mangrove, which play an imporant role in the global ecosystem.And It is aslo a hot spot in the scientific research to study the development of mangrove, especially in recent hundreads of years , in order to built the expedient protection system for it. In this research, the new biomarker named terpenoid will be utilized to reconstruct the paleo-vegetation of Qinzhou Bay over the past hundreds of years that has been destroyed seriously by people. Firstly, we measure the concentration of terpenoid in the surface sediments from the mangrove.Based on the relationship between the terpenoid concentration and the density of mangrove vegetation, the equation of terpenoid and density of mangrove vegetation will be established. The core samples with better age models are selected after measuring the Pb and Cs isotopes activities. Then the evolution of the mangrove recorded in the cores is obtained based on the content of terpenoid and the equation established. In this study, a new opinion and method is supplied for the future research on the evolution and develpment of mangrove. And it aims to provide suggestions and scientific evidences to management and protection of the mangrove.
