中文摘要: 以具有表型多态性和特殊生活史特征对环境激素敏感的晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna)为受试动物,利用实验生态学和分子毒理学方法,研究典型外源性合成雌激素(如,孕酮和雌二醇)、雄性激素(如,睾丸酮 )和抗雄激素(如,氟他胺)胁迫对晶囊轮虫囊型( Saccate)、十字型( Cruciform) 和钟型(Campanulate)个体表型多态性发生及彼此转换规律的影响、激素对轮虫体壁特征突出物(BWOs)的诱导效应、对双性雌体诱导及转换规律的影响;利用分子探针技术,研究激素胁迫对轮虫精子损伤度、受精行为与授精力的影响;运用分子毒理学技术,研究激素对晶囊轮虫热休克蛋白(如 hsp 70)诱导和表达规律。通过揭示典型激素下,晶囊轮虫生活史策略和特异性特征的应答规律,为将来构建利用轮虫为模型动物评价环境激素风险的新受试动物和技术方法。为开拓轮虫内分泌学研究、推动轮虫作为未来标准模式动物奠定基础。

英文摘要: By using methods of experimental ecology and moleucular toxicology and using rotifer Asplanchna,which with phenotypic polymorphism,specific characteristics of life cycle ,and sensitive to environmental hormones, as test animal to study the effects of typical synthetic female hormone(such as progesterone and estrogen),male hormone(such as testosterone) and anti-endrogone(such as flutamide) on occuring and transforming of saccate, cruciform and campanulate, of amphibic female and on inducing of body wall outgrowths (BWOs) in rotifer Asplanchna under the stress of hormones.By using molecular probe technique to study the effect of hormones on harm for sperm ,fertilization behavior and fertilibility of rotifer.By using of molecular toxicological methods to study inducing and expressing law of heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70). Screening a novel test animal and establishing a technique method according to cycle life stragety and specific feature of rotifer responsing to typical hormones to evaluate rask of environmental hormones in the future.In order to exploite rotifer endocrinology and establish basic foundation for rotifer as standard test animal in the future.
