中文摘要: 针对多层药型罩在成型装药上的应用问题,提出采用多层药型罩聚能装药为研究对象,对串联EFP的形成机理进行基础科学研究。利用试验和数值仿真手段,研究串联EFP形成的基本现象。在此基础上,研究多层药型罩聚能装药的材料、结构及尺寸以及爆轰波型与串联聚能侵彻体的匹配规律;研究一定起爆条件下,爆轰波形和多层药型罩的相互作用过程,以及多层药型罩之间的相互作用过程,获得多层药型罩的微元压垮速度、微元受到的冲击压力和压垮角等,获得多层药型罩的分离判据。以爆炸力学和流体弹塑性力学为基础,建立多层药型罩在一定起爆条件下形成串联聚能侵彻体的理论模型。本项目旨在揭示串联聚能侵彻体的形成规律,为多层药型罩聚能装药的工程应用奠定理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Aim at the application of multi-liner shaped charge, using multi Shaped charge as the research object, basic scientific research on the formation mechanism of the tandem shaped penetrator is carried out. Using experiments and numerical simulation, the basic phenomena of the formation of tandem shaped penetrator is studied. The materials, structure and size as well as the detonation wave with tandem shaped penetrator matching law is researched ; Under certain initiation method, the interactions between waveshape and liners,and the interactions between liners are studied to get the element collapse velocity, pressure, collapse angle as well as the detach criterion of different liners. Based on the explosion and fluid elastoplastic mechanics,the formation of the tandem shaped penetrator theory model is established . This project aims to reveal the the formation mechanism of tandem penetrator, which provide theory reference and technology guidance for the enginnering applications of multi-liner shaped charge.
