中文摘要: 本项目根据复杂系统动力学理论、非线性动力学与控制,从大尺度神经科学的视角出发,研究(1)学习与记忆的神经动力学模型,涉及海马中网格细胞的网格区以及位置细胞的位置区的形成机制;(2)探究它们各自对应的空间记忆的神经编码模式,包括如何用能量方法来构造具体的生物学神经网络,如何根据已知的总能量模型给出能量演化的概率分布?以及如何将神经细胞的宏观表达和离子通道的动力学机制统一在一个模型中。 从神经建模角度,本项目将分层次地建立新的关于突触、神经元、生物学神经网络的相互作用的耦合模型;从神经编码的角度,本项目将独立地提出具有原始创新的神经信息学理论模型- - 能量编码的理论框架。上述所建的神经动力学模型都将经过神经科学实验和已发表的实验数据的严格检验。

英文摘要: On the basis of dynamics theory of complex system and nonlinear dynamics and control, this project studies the following contents in the view of large-scale neuroscience: the neural dynamics model of learning and memory, and formation mechanism of grid of gitter cell in hippocampus as well as location area of place cell; the corresponding neural coding pattern of spatial memory, including how to construct biological neural networks in the method of energy, how to deduce the probability distribution of energy evolution on the basis of the total energy model, and how to unify the macro expression of neuronal activity and the dynamics mechanism of ion channel into a single model. The study will build an oriental coupling model of a multi-level combination of synapse, neuron and biological neural networks from the angle of neural modeling, and will propose a creative neuroinformatics theory model and a theoretical framework of energy coding. All the above neural dynamics models will be strictly inspected by the neuroscience experiments and the published experimental data.
