中文摘要: 利用荧光检测技术实现对生命体具有重要影响的阴离子(F-,CN-,PPi)进行识别研究已成为近期研究的热点。然而,目前在识别这些阴离子的荧光探针研究中,普遍存在灵敏度低、结构相似阴离子间干扰严重、不能实现100%水环境检测及信号单一导致信号表现偏弱等问题。鉴于此,本项目着眼设计基于萘酰亚胺金属配合物的水溶性阴离子荧光传感器以实现探针分子在水相测试体系中专一性强、灵敏度高、检测极限低等目标。项目计划开发6-8种比率型及循环型阴离子荧光传感器,在传统单一信号表达的基础上,实现多信号渠道输出,使荧光检测更加专一、灵敏。筛选性能优良的萘酰亚胺金属配合物探针,将其负载在硅基纳米材料表面,制作纳米荧光探针材料,拓展此系列探针的材料化应用。深入开展该系列荧光探针的生物学应用研究,在体外单细胞成像的基础上,实现全生物体体内荧光成像检测,推动阴离子荧光成像及荧光分析法研究的进一步发展。

英文摘要: With the developments of fluorescence detection and its relevent techniques, the recoginition towards some of the important anions, such as F-, CN- and PPi, has been an active research area in recent few years. However, in the research work of anion-selective fluorescence sensors, some unavoidable problems of low sensitivity, the interference from the anions with simiar structures and the poor solubility in 100% aqueous system are still obvious. Meanwhile, some of the fluorescent sensing are still based on one-way output, and related signals are very weak. Therefor,we plan to develop water-soluble fluorescent chemsensors based on 1,8-naphthalimide-metal complexes, which could show high sensitivity and high selectivity with a very low detection limit in the aqeous system. Moreover, we plan to sythesize 6-8 ratiometric and recycling fluorecent 1,8- naphthalimide-metal complexes, which could present higher sensitivity by multi-way signals output. Some of the complexes with good properities up will be picked up and be introduced on the surface of SiO2-based nanophase materials to explore their application as the new nano materials.
