中文摘要: 本项目拟利用氧化腈作为亲核试剂引发联烯酸酯生成两性离子中间体,以多种亲电体系分别对该两性离子进行现场捕捉,构筑一系列官能化的氧氮杂卓化合物,从而开发一系列新的多组分环加成策略,同时研究不同取代基、空间位阻、电子效应等对反应的影响。所开发的新型多组分环加成策略具有高效、操作简单、产物结构多样性和复杂性以及显著的原子经济性等优点。此外探索这一新型的原子经济性环加成策略在生理活性分子合成中的应用。这些工作将进一步拓展多组分反应和绿色的原子经济性化学。

英文摘要: The allenoates are initiated using nitrile oxides as nucleophile to form zwitterion, which is caught in situ with various electrophiles to construct a series of functional oxazepines. Thus, a series of new multicomponent cycloaddition strategy is developed. Moreover,the influence of the reaction of different substituent groups will be investigated. The advantages of these method are highly active, simple operation,the structural diversity and complexity of products and distinct atom economy. Furthermore, the application of present strategy on syntheses of biologically active molecules will also be conducted. These works will expand further the chemistry of multicomponent reaction and green atom economy to much extent.
