中文摘要: 基于结晶在极性点群的铁电配合物的研究对多功能材料的制备具有重要意义。本项目主要开展铁电配合物的合成、结构和性质研究,主要内容包括:(1)设计和合成了8个有机膦酸配体、14个有机磺酸配体、6个有机羧酸配体和2个核糖类配体,其中12个配体为首次合成的新有机化合物;(2)利用这些配体分别与碱金属(Na、K)、碱土金属(Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba)、第三主族金属(Al)、第四主族金属(Pb)、过渡金属(Zn、Cd、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mn、Ag)和稀土金属(Y、Sm)等18种金属化合物反应,在水热、溶剂热或溶液法等合成条件下,首次合成了63个新的金属-有机配合物,其中有14个配合物结晶在极性点群的非中心对称或手性空间群中,7个配合物结晶在非极性点群的非中心对称或手性空间群中,42个配合物结晶在非极性点群的中心对称空间群中;(3)研究了它们的介电性、铁电性、非线性光学性、荧光性、催化活性或药物活性。研究结果表明:利用分子柔性的有机膦酸配体较易合成出结晶在极性点群的配合物;嘧啶酮甲磺酸对钠钾ATP酶、钙镁ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶和肌酸激酶有活化作用。

英文摘要: The research of ferroelectric complexes whose crystals are in polar point groups is of enormous significance in the synthesis of multifunctional materials. The project is about the research of synthesis, structure and properties of metal-organic complex (MOC) ferroelectrics. The sum total of study in detail are as follows: (1) synthesized 8 organic phosphonic acids, 14 organic sulfonic acids, 6 organic carboxylic acids and 2 ribose ligands, among which 12 ligands were new organic compounds; (2) under the conditions of hydrothermal synthesis, solvent-thermal synthesis, solution method, etc., by the ligands reacting with ions of the alkaline metals (Na, K), the alkaline earth metals (Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba), the third main group metal (Al), the forth main group metal (Pb), the transition metals (Zn, Cd, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mn, Ag) and the rare earth metals (Y, Sm), 63 new MOCs were obtained, 14 compounds of which crystallized in noncentrosymmetric or chiral space groups in polar point groups, 7 compounds of which crystallized in noncentrosymmetric or chiral space groups in nonpolar point groups and 42 compounds of which crystallized in centrosymmetric space group in nonpolar point groups; (3) also investigated were their dielectric property, ferroelectric property, nonlinear optics, fluorescence, catalysis activity or drug activity. The study shows that it is easier to synthesize MOCs crystallizing in polar point groups with flexible organic phosphonic acids and that a pyrimidinone methanesulfonic acid can activate Na-K-ATPase, Ca-Mg-ATPase, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and creatine kinase (CK).
