中文摘要: 本项目选择包头市南郊工业污水灌溉区为重点研究区,以污灌区农田土壤、种植的粮食和蔬菜、常住居民头发和血液为研究对象,研究污灌区农田土壤稀土元素对人体健康的影响。将土壤污染状况调查与环境地球化学调查工作方法相结合,在野外工作中将研究区划分为500×500 m的网格距,每网格节点布设1个采样点并采集表层土壤样;在严重污染区布置土壤剖面样,并采取粮食、蔬菜样品,在污灌区常住居民中有选择性地采取头发和血液样品。室内工作主要分析各类样品中稀土元素含量,以建立数据库为基础,构建BP(Back Propagation)网络模型;将谱聚类算法和BP网络法相结合,对基础数据进行综合处理、分析,揭示污灌区农田土壤稀土元素空间分布规律,分析污灌区农田土壤稀土元素与当地常住居民中和稀土污染有关地方病之间的因果关系,通过实证性分析确定稀土元素铈为预警土壤稀土污染水平的标志性指示元素。为解决稀土污染提供科学对策。

英文摘要: The research focused mainly on sewage-irrigated area(SA) located in the southern suburbs of Baotou City,as the main research object to the farmland soil, grain and vegetables, inhabitant hair and blood of SA,researching effect on human health of rare earth elements(REE) in farmland soil of sewage-irrigated area(RFSA).the area will be divided into 500×500 m cells and samples of surface soil will be collected in each cell. Both soil pollution survey and environmental geochemical survey be applied for soil analysis; profile, grain and vegetables samples will be collected in the abnormal and the sewage overflew areas.and hair and blood samples will be collected ordinarily resident in the SA.Analysing REE content of various samples, back propagation(BP) neural network model based on establishment of a database through comprehensive treatment.Combined with spectral clustering algorithm and BP network method,revealing the space distribution of farmland soil REE in SA,analyzing the causality between endemic of REE pollution-related in permanent residents and RFSA,Cerium(Ce) will be determined iconic indicator elements for warning contamination level of RFSA by empirical analysis.Putting forward optimization principles and scientific countermeasures for solving REE pollution problem of farmland soil in SA through examination.
