中文摘要: 新疆是水资源贫乏的地区,用再生水代替清洁水灌溉成为解决用水问题的重要举措之一。乌鲁木齐市现有7 家污水处理厂,再生水主要用于农灌和城市绿化。污水中的重金属经过污水厂的二级处理后,其含量和形态发生了改变。随着再生水的农田灌溉,重金属进入了土壤和蔬菜中。不同重金属形态具有不同的生物可给性,在蔬菜体内的迁移和累积,对蔬菜的危害程度不同,对人体健康危害风险也不同。使用再生水灌溉,需加强检测能力,以防产生长期灌溉情况下的有害重金属累积污染。 深入研究不同重金属形态在再生水-土壤-蔬菜系统中的迁移和累积规律(重金属流特征),即通过不同重金属形态在体系中的定性、定量和定位研究,可以更准确评价土壤和蔬菜重金属污染程度,建立科学的再生水灌溉过程中重金属指标检测体系,为蔬菜安全生产和再生水的合理利用提供理论依据。

英文摘要: As a region short of water resource, Xinjiang sees irrigation with reclaimed water rather than fresh water as one of important measures for solving the problem in water utilization. There are 7 sewage disposal plants currently in Urumqi City, and reclaimed water is used mainly for agricultural irrigation and urban landscaping. The content and speciation of heavy metals in the sewage change after the secondary treatment at the disposal plants. Those heavy metals enter into soil and vegetables due to the farmland irrigation with reclaimed water. With different bioavailability , such heavy metals transfer and cumulate within the vegetables, harming vegetables and human health to different extents. Iirrigation with reclaimed water, therefore, shall be monitored intensively so that any accumulation or pollution of harmful heavy metals with long-term irrigation practice could be prevented. With in-depth research on transfer and accumulation rules of heavy metals of different speciation in reclaimed water - soil - vegetable system (i.e. characteristic of heavy metal flow), namely, with the qualitative, quantitative and positioning investigation of heavy metals of different speciation in such a system, a more accurate assessment of heavy metal pollution in soil and vegetable could be conducted, and a scientific system
