中文摘要: 低膨胀、高热导、可加工成型的负膨胀β#38146;霞石增强铜基复合材料(Euc/Cu)在航空、航天、半导体工业、电子元件等领域具有广泛的应用前景。本项目以本课题组前期工作为基础,围绕Euc/Cu 复合材料中β#38146;霞石相变展开工作,研究铜基复合材料中β#38146;霞石相变行为、相变产物和相变机理;结合对Euc/Cu 复合材料中各向异性应力场的分析及对复合材料微观组织结构的研究,阐明复合材料中β#38146;霞石相变主要因素;对各种状态复合材料的热膨胀性能进行测试和分析,在复合材料显微结构和残余应力研究的基础上,阐明复合材料热膨胀性能与锂霞石结构变化的关系。本研究将丰富β#38146;霞石的晶体学研究内容,为控制Euc/Cu 复合材料的热膨胀性能和提高材料尺寸稳定性提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Low expansion, high conductivity and machinable copper matrix composite reinforced by βucryptite (Euc/Cu) has extensive application prospects in aviation, aerospace and semiconductor industries. Based on our group's previous work, we focus on the phase transformation of βucryptite in Euc/Cu composite. The behavior, product and mechanism of phase transformation will be studied. Combined with the analyse of the anisotropic stress field and microstructure, the main factor of the phase transformation of β eucryptite will be clarified. By measuring and analyzing the thermal expansion properties, the microstructure and the residual stress of the composite, the relationship between the thermal expansion and the structure change of βucryptite will be elucidated. The work would enrich the crystallography of βucryptite. It would also be a theoretical base to control the thermal expansion and improve the dimensional stability of Euc/Cu composite.
