中文摘要: 目前关于高熵合金力学性能的研究主要针对压缩载荷条件,申请者发现一些高熵合金的压缩与拉伸性能存在很大差异,这些合金虽然拥有很好的压缩强度和塑性,但其在拉伸载荷条件下的断裂强度远小于压缩载荷条件下的屈服强度,且合金不具备拉伸塑性。本项目研究Al(1-x)CoCrFeNi(1+x)和Cu(1-x)CoCrFeNi(1+x) 合金微观组织结构与力学性能的关系, BCC(基体)、FCC(相变)和FCC(富Cu)相的力学行为及其对合金力学性能的影响,引起合金从BCC(基体)→FCC(相变)相结构转变的原因及相转变规律,为高熵合金的设计和性能优化提供理论指导。

英文摘要: So far, the research about high-entropy alloy are mainly focused on compression properties. We found that there is a big difference between the tensile properties and compression properties of some high-entropy alloys.These alloys possesse very good compressive strength and plasticity, but they do not have tensile plasticity, and their tensile strength are far smaller than compressive strength. This project is devoted to establishing the relations between microstructures and properties of Al(1-x)CoCrFeNi(1+x) and Cu(1-x)CoCrFeNi(1+x) high-entropy alloys, and founding the causes and rules of phase structure transformation from BCC to FCC for alloy performance optimization.
