中文摘要: 针对人工耳蜗植入者声调识别不足和旋律感知困难的现状,根据"时域精细结构信息在识别声调和旋律感知中起主导作用"以及"言语识别能力受人工耳蜗系统与耳蜗音频分布生理特性匹配程度影响"的研究结果,本课题提出"使用可拾取时域精细结构信息的声调语言提取方案、并改善耳蜗音频分布特性的匹配程度,将有利于人工耳蜗使用者汉语识别和音乐感知能力"的假说,拟利用通道特异性采样序列和Maestro调机平台模拟四种声调语言提取方案、两种耳蜗音频分布匹配方案;以汉语普通话人工耳蜗使用者为研究对象,通过主、客观相结合的研究手段,设计"听觉能力-言语能力-主观感受"递进式研究方案,系统探讨基于耳蜗音频分布特性的声调语言提取方案对人工耳蜗使用群体听说能力、音乐感知能力、心理状态和生活质量的影响趋势,为国内人工耳蜗研究体系提供主观评估数据、为验证该方案的临床实用性提供理论依据,为该方案在临床工作中推广使用提供实践参考。

英文摘要: Based on the conclusions that temporal fine structure played the most important role in tonal identification and melody perception and the matching degree between cochlear implant and basilar membrane tonotopicity could affect the speech understanding, this study suggests a scientific hypothesis that transferring the TFS to CI strategy and improving the matching degree will contribute the tonal identification and melody perception in uses of cochlear implant. In this research project, the Channel Specific Sampling Sequences (CSSS) method and Maestro 4.0software will be used to set six different testing conditions, including four CI strategies and two matching conditions. 25 native Mandarin speakers with cochlear implant will be recruited in this study. Both the subjective and objective methods will be used to test the aural and verbal ability. And Three Years Follow-up of these subjects will be performed to evaluate the influence tendency of FS strategy which extracted the TFS cues on the ability of communication, music perception, psychological health state and life quality.The final purpose of this study is to prove the above assumptions experimentally, to verify the clinic practicality of this strategy and to provide the support data to promote this FS strategy in the clinical work.
