中文摘要: 本项目拟围绕三维手性超构材料研究,设计工作频率在红外-可见波段的三维手性超构材料,实现负折射、电/磁响应转换及人工旋光等物理功能。本项目将利用电子束光刻、飞秒脉冲双光子直写技术等微加工方法进行微纳样品的制备;将利用光谱仪、焦平面阵列和阴极射线发光成像等表征手段对样品进行表征分析。本项目实验和理论相结合,重点聚焦在三维超构材料不同结构设计、不同激发方式下金属微结构中电磁共振的物理机制以及由近场耦合所导致的各类新颖光学现象。

英文摘要: In this project, both experimental and theoretical work will be carried out to explore three-dimensional chiral metamaterials. A variety of metamaterials will be designed to realize negative refractive index, electric/magnetic response switching and optical activity. In this project, electron beam lithography, two-photon femtosecond laser lithography will be used for sample fabrication. Optical spectrometers, focal plane array and cathodoluminescence spectroscopy will be used for the sample characterization. We will investigate the physical mechanism of the electromagnetic resonance of 3D chiral metamaterials in different designs and excitations. New optical phenomena caused by the near-field coupling will also be discussed in this project.
