中文摘要: 全球市场的激烈竞争为企业生存和发展带来了空前的压力,劳资冲突的频繁爆发使企业、雇员及社会等付出了巨大代价。企业劳资合作问题成为企业家、雇员及政府部门关心的问题。敌对的劳资关系已不能适应现代企业发展的需要,劳资合作有利于提高劳资双方的信任和承诺,减少冲突和纠纷,提高劳动关系的运行质量和企业绩效(如,产品质量、生产力等)。本项目将西方理论与实践经验置于中国情境中,以公共政策设计和集体劳动关系尚未形成及现代人力资源管理技术的快速引入为背景,研究由雇主或管理方与雇员在市场力量及组织变革等力量驱动下所自主形成的合作关系,核心论题包括:研究中国企业的劳资合作的动因;劳方、资方及利益相关者之间的协调机制;提出可持续的劳资伙伴关系的立体模式,探索合作关系不稳定和动荡的成因及可持续的途径与条件;从人力资源管理的实践层面,探索如何通过企业的灵活设计和自主安排来实现高质量的劳资合作。

英文摘要: The intense competition of the global market has brought unprecedented pressure on the survival and development of enterprises. Frequent conflicts between labor and management have produced huge prices to the enterprise, employees and the society. Labor-management cooperation has become an issue that entrepreneurs, employees and the government are concerned about. Adversarial labor-management relationship has been unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprises. Labor-management cooperation is conducive to improving trust and commitment, reducing conflicts and disputes,and improving the quality of labor relationship and organizational performance(such as product quality and productivity).This study will introduce western labor-management cooperation theories and practical experiences to the Chinese context. It will examine the autonomous cooperative relationship of labor and management formed by driving market forces and organization changes, based on the background where public policy design and collective labor relationship have not been formed and where enterprises have introduced modern human resource management techniques. This study includes the following core topics: examining the motives of labor-management cooperation in Chinese enterprises; investigating the coordination mechanism between labor, management and other stakeholders; developing a sustainable model of the labor-management partnership; exploring the causes of unstable and turbulent partnership as well as the sustainable approach and conditions; and revealing how to achieve high quality labor cooperation through flexible enterprise design and independent arrangement from the practical perspective of human resource management.
