中文摘要: 南橘北枳说明生态环境对物种品质影响的重要性,而环境胁迫下的次生代谢产物通常为中药材的主要药效成分。因此研究中药材整个生长期间,生态因子的动态变化对中药品质影响尤为关键,而目前气候因子对中药材品质影响研究多集中在单一尺度下的评价。本课题首次基于不同时间尺度气候曲线,以不同地区的同品种栽培人参为研究对象,研究影响人参皂苷含量的气候特征曲线。研究内容主要包括:不同地区人参品质评价以及与气候因子的相关性研究;构建不同时间尺度的气候曲线,研究在数值和形态上评价气候相似性的方法和模型;基于模式识别方法研究不同气候尺度下人参皂苷形成的最佳气候特征,得到适合人参生长的气候特征窗口。本课题基于不同时间尺度的气候曲线,研究影响人参品质和人参皂苷含量的气候特征,阐明人参皂苷地理变异的气候影响因素,为人参迁地保护、精细栽培管理和高效栽培模式选择提供数据支持。

英文摘要: The huge influence of the ecological factors on the species quality is evident from Chinese saying'South orange north trifoliate ', the researches show that the main medical components are usually the secondary metabolites originated from the environment stress. Therefore, it is essential to study the climate influence on the medicinal materials quality by means of the climate curve in the whole growth period, But at present, the study of the climate factors effection on medicinal materials quality mostly centralized on the single time-scale climate evaluation. The paper initially research the climate characteristic curve of ginsenoside based on the diverse time-scale of climate curve and cultivated Ginseng from different regions. The main study contents mainly includes: quality evaluation for Ginseng and the correlation between the ginsenoside contents and the climatic factors. Constructing the diverse time-scale climate curve, and study the method and the model of climate similarity evaluation from the aspect of the numerical value and the curve shape. Research on the most optimum climate characteristic for ginsenoside synthesis in view of the pattern recognition. The paper aimed to study the most optimum climate characteristic for ginsenoside in order to explain the influence of the climate on the medicinal materials quality, the results will provide the data for the ex-situ protection, the precision cultivation manage and the high efficient planting pattern of Ginseng.
