中文摘要: 编码微球技术在生物检测方面具有重要的意义和广泛的应用前景。开发可靠的编码微球制备技术和制备大编码容量的编码微球是当前的重点和难点。利用酚醛和密胺树脂来源丰富及其在生物领域的广泛应用优势,本项目拟以酚醛和密胺树脂为微球材料,制备出新型的表面增强拉曼-荧光双编码微球,开发出一种可靠的编码微球制备技术,构建出一种基于表面增强拉曼-荧光双编码微球的生物检测体系,并实现其对目标DNA的检测应用。本项目设计以表面增强拉曼和荧光进行双光谱编码,可望大大提高微球编码的容量。研究成果可为高性能编码微球的制备和应用提供理论基础和技术参考。

英文摘要: Encoded microsphere technology is significant and has broad prospects in biological detection. Development of feasible technology for fabrication of encoded microspheres and the preparation of encoded microspheres with large encoding capacity are key points and still remain a challenge. In this study, we aim to fabricate a novel surface enhanced Raman scattering and fluorescent spectral double encoded microspheres, using phenolic resin and melamine resin as material, which are abundant in source and have great advantages in biological applications. This work also aims to develop a feasible technology for preparation of encoded microsphere and build a biological detection system based on the designed surface enhanced Raman scattering and fluorescence spectral encoded microspheres. This detection system will be applied in detection of target DNA. In this project, surface enhanced Raman scattering spectral and fluorescence spectral are designed for jointed encoding to improve encoding capacity of the encoded microspheres. This project will provide theoretical foundation and technical support for preparation and application of high-performance encoded microspheres.
