中文摘要: 能源系统微型化和纳米系统自供能是功能器件向微纳尺度发展过程中面临的两项重大挑战。利用纳米发电机将机械能转换为电能是解决问题的最佳途径之一。目前,相对较低的输出功率及较高的制备成本是纳米线基柔性纳米发电机在发展过程中遇到的瓶颈问题。本项目拟针对PZT纳米线基的柔性纳米发电机这一特定体系,通过介电泳法这一简单易行的方法,实现PZT纳米线的一致取向,并以此为基础开发高性能的柔性纳米发电机;系统研究纳米线的一致取向、长度、长径比、浓度和器件的极化电压等对提高发电机的输出功率的影响。通过本项目,将掌握纳米线一致取向柔性纳米发电机的最佳制备工艺,获得纳米线一致取向的柔性纳米发电机原型,阐明纳米线一致取向柔性纳米发电机输出功率提高的物理机制和相关机理,为纳米线一致取向提高输出功率的柔性纳米发电机设计提供基础实验数据和理论依据。

英文摘要: With the miniaturization of various functional devices down to microscale and nanoscale, searching high-quality power sources on the same scale is of utmost importance for powering these nanosystems. Nanogenerator converts mechanical energy into electric energy and is a unique energy-harvest system because of the ubiquity of the mechanical energy. The bottle-neck block of the nanowire based flexible nanogenerator development is relatively low energy conversion efficiency and high cost. This project will concentrate on the flexible nanogenerator based on PZT wires. By dielectrophoretic alignment of PZT nanowires, a high output flexible nanogenerator will be demonstrated. This project will disclose the effects of alignment, length, length-to-diameter ratio, and concentration of nanowires, as well as polarization potential of devices. By this project, we will give the most feasible fabrication parameters and finally obtain flexible nanogenerator proto type based on aligned PZT nanowires, and will understand the possible physical mechanisms of enhancement in nanogenerator performance induced by alignment of nanowires. The final results will provide some basic experimental data and theoretical support for the design of novel flexible nanogenerator.
