中文摘要: 石墨烯纳米带(宽度小于20nm)不但具有宽的吸收谱和超高的电子和空穴迁移率,还由于其在量子限域效应下具有一定的禁带,使它在电子器件领域具有广泛的应用前景。国内外有关碳纳米管-石墨烯纳米带结构的制备、石墨烯纳米带原位物理性能及红外波段探测器基础的研究,尚处于起步阶段。本课题研究内容包括:(1)利用电流刻蚀和等离子刻蚀多壁碳纳米管法直接在器件上制备高质量、边缘结构均一的碳纳米管-石墨烯纳米带结构,优化精确制备参数,满足红外光探测器的要求;(2)利用纳米材料单体物理性能测试系统,系统地研究石墨烯纳米带的电学、热学和力学等物理性能及石墨烯纳米带性能与宽度、拉伸、温度和微结构的相关性,为设计和构建红外光探测器提供物理性能指标;(3)探索构建基于碳纳米管-石墨烯纳米带结构器件一体化的工艺要求,研制基于碳纳米管-石墨烯纳米带结构高性能的红外光探测器、红外高温探测器和柔性红外探测器。

英文摘要: Not only due to the wideband absorption and high carrier mobility of graphene nanoribbons, but also because the introduction of band gap in graphene nanoribbons by quantum confinement and edge effects, the graphene nanoribbons (width < 20 nm) can be widly applied in the field of electronic devices. Even though some progresses have been achieved on the synthesis of graphene nanoribbons, the direct nanostructure synthesis of carbon nanotube-graphene nanoribbon in the devices, the in situ studies on graphene nanoribbon properties and applications on infrared photodetectors, are still at the beginning stage both at home and abroad. The programme include (1) preparation and processing of high-quality carbon nanotube-graphene nanoribbon on the devices by etching with electric current and plasma, meeting the demand of infrared photodetectors by controlling parameters, (2) in-situ research of physical properties of graphene nanoribbons, and demonstration of the relationship between the their physical properties and width, temperture, stretch and microstructures, for design and construction of infrared photodetectors, (3) exploration of technological requirements for the integration of devices constructed with carbon nanotube-graphene nanoribbon, development of high performance of carbon nanotube-graphene nanoribbon-base
