中文摘要: Fe-Ga合金是一种新型的磁致伸缩材料,该材料饱和磁化场较低,导磁率较高,强度高,滞后小,温度系数小,应用潜力巨大,但该材料磁致伸缩性能偏低,研究显示通过添加Al、B、Si及稀土微量元素可以提高合金的磁致伸缩性能,本课题组前期在FeGa合金中添加不同稀土的研究结果也表明,稀土可以提高合金的磁致伸缩性能,但是稀土元素在合金中的存在形式和演变规律以及对磁致伸缩系数和相关磁学、物理及机械性能的影响存在争议,因此稀土元素加入种类及含量控制无理论依据。本项目拟通过研究在FeGaRE合金中稀土析出物的存在形式及其演变,对合金微观组织、合金晶体结构与取向变化的影响,选择合适的稀土种类及含量,研究FeGaRE合金稀土对力学性能的影响、形变量对磁致伸缩性能的影响,探究和揭示稀土元素对磁致伸缩性能、相关磁学和物理性能以及合金加工性能的影响机理,为Fe-Ga合金的应用开发提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Fe-Ga alloy is a new type of magnetostrictive material, it has characteristics of low saturation magnetization field, high magnetic permeability, high strength, small hysteresis and great application potential, however the magnetostrictive property is low, research shows that adding Al, B, Si and rare earth microelement can improve the magnetostrictive property, our team previous research results of adding RE into Fe-Ga alloy also indicates RE can improve the property, because of it's controversial about existence form and evolution regularity of RE in the alloy and it effects on magnetostriction coefficient, related magnetism, physical and mechanical properties, there is no theoretical basis about adding RE type and content. This project intends to research existence form and evolution regularity of RE educt effect on microstructure, crystal structure and orientation changes, choose appropriate types and content of RE and research the influence of RE in FeGaRE alloy to mechanical properties and deformation quantity to magnetostrictive property, explore and reveal the principle of RE effects on magnetostrictive property, related magnetism, physical and mechanical properties, providing theoretical basis for application development.
