中文摘要: 现有无论基于数据驱动或基于解析模型的故障诊断方法大多是针对开环系统设计的,而现有系统大多运行在闭环情况下,反馈回路的引入使得系统各变量间的相关性变得更加复杂,闭环过程呈现出多模态特性,已有面向开环控制系统的故障诊断方法显得不适用,效果不佳。为此将重点研究:1)以一类典型的闭环系统(如无人机飞控系统)为背景,以数据驱动的故障诊断理论为手段,开展一类系统在闭环情况下的多模态数据驱动故障诊断方法研究:揭示同一故障在开环、闭环下的表现形式,建立动态投影框架,定义故障可检测标准,辨识真实故障和"伪故障",建立闭环系统的多模态故障诊断方法。2)以多元统计分析方法为主,结合信息融合等技术,重点解决现有数据驱动的多模态故障诊断方法中存在的深层次问题:在闭环运行情况下,多模态过程的数据表示和建模,故障模式和多模态模型间的映射关系,基于故障传播机理分析的故障辨识方法,反映故障动态特性行为的特征向量的提取方法。

英文摘要: The existing fault diagnosis methods both based on data-driven and the analytical model are mostly designed for a open-loop system, while most of the existing systems running in a closed-loop operation. The introduction of the feedback loop makes the correlation between system variables more complex, meanwhile, the closed-loop process shows a multi-mode characteristic. The existing fault diagnosis methods for open-loop control system are no longer applicable and effective. Therefore, this project will carry out the following researches: 1) On the background of a class of typical closed-loop system (such as UAV flight control system), by means of the data-driven fault diagnosis theory, data-driven multi-mode fault diagnosis methods for the closed-loop system are studied: to reveal the fault pattern respectively in the form of open-loop and closed loop system with the same fault, build a dynamic projection framework, define fault detectable standards, identify the real failure and "pseudo fault", and establish multi-mode fault diagnosis methods for the closed-loop system. 2)multivariate statistical analysis method combined with the information fusion theory are mainly used to solve the underlying problems in the existing data-driven multi-mode fault diagnosis methods: data representation and modeling of multi-mode
