中文摘要: 随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提高,金属纳米颗粒和抗生素被广泛应用。然而其流入自然环境中被视为新型污染物,导致的潜在风险引起研究者的广泛关注。污水处理厂常采用生物脱氮除磷工艺防止水体富营养化,金属纳米颗粒和抗生素同时进入污水处理厂,共存时可能发生相互反应,对氮磷去除产生的复合影响可能有别于单一作用。另外污染物的迁移转化对毒性有重要影响,但现有研究忽略了污染物之间对迁移转化的交互作用。因此,本项目拟研究金属纳米颗粒与抗生素对污水生物脱氮除磷的复合影响;从污染物之间对迁移转化过程产生的交互作用,阐明污染物本身对复合影响的贡献;通过氧化应激反应、抗性基因的表达、功能基因的转录调等,从微生物角度进一步揭示二者产生复合效应的机理。本项目有助于人们认识多种新型污染物复合污染时对污水生物处理的联合影响,为应对其环境风险奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: With the development of technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, nanoparticls and antibiotics are applied widely. However, they are considered as emerging pollutants when they released into the environment, and their potential risk caused wide concerns by researches. The technology of biological nutrient removal is often used by wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in order to prevent water utrophication. When metal nanoparticles and antibiotics entered into the WWTP together, these two kinds of pollutants may interact with each other, resulting in their joint effects on biological nutrients removal possibly different from the sigle one. In addition, recent researches ingored the impacts of interations between various pollutants on pollutant’s behavior and transportation, which made great contributions to the toxicity. Therefore, this project focuses on the joint effects of metal nanoparticls combined antibiotics on wastewater biological nutrient removal; also, the contribution of pollutants themselves to these joint effects was revealed via the impacts of interations on pollutant’s behavior and transportation; the detailed mechanisms of these joint effects are further investigated from microorganism, such as the response of oxidative stress, the express of resistence genes, and the transcription of functional genes. This project will enrich the understanding of joint effects of metal nanoparticles and antibiotics on the wastewater biological treatment, and establish therotical basis to encounter the environmental risks of emerging pollutants.
