中文摘要: 贵金属纳米颗粒具有较强的细胞毒性和遗传毒性,由其带来的环境安全问题已经不容忽视。作为一种新兴污染源,目前对于贵金属纳米污染物的测定研究还处于起步阶段,发展贵金属纳米污染物检测新技术对于环境监控、保障人类生命健康具有重要意义。本项目拟将多孔聚合物的高吸附性能和磁性纳米颗粒极佳的磁响应性能相结合,设计合成磁性多孔聚合物复合材料,建立集“分离-富集-电化学检测”为一体的检测贵金属纳米颗粒的新方法,实现环境中贵金属纳米污染物实时、快速、灵敏的分析检测。

英文摘要: Noble metal nano-pollutants are emerging contaminants in environment and show significant cytotoxicity and genotoxicity to living systems,but the detection of noble metal nano-pollutants is still in early stages. The development of new techniques for detection of noble metal nano-pollutants is highly desired. In this project, we would combine the high adsorption performance of porous polymers and the excellent magnetic response performance of magnetic nanoparticles together to design and synthesize the magnetic porous polymer, and establish a new strategy of integrating extraction, enrichment and electrochemical detection to achieve real-time, quick and sensitive detection of noble metal nano-pollutants in environment.
