中文摘要: 为了避免信息扭曲或受制于决策问题复杂性,参与决策的不同的专家可能更倾向于提供形式各异的偏好信息,即混合决策信息,如三角模糊数、区间数、(区间)语言信息或(区间)直觉模糊信息等。因此,如何有效处理和集结混合决策信息对于提高决策质量意义重大,而目前有关此方面的研究还未形成完善的理论体系。本项目拟对下列主题开展相关研究并取得相应创新:构建不同形式偏好信息间的转换函数以减小决策过程中的信息失真;提出新的模糊数之间距离测度方法以减小信息损失;建立一种新的区间二元语义模型从而有利于决策者更自然和充分地提供决策信息;合理确定专家或属性权重(即信息集结算子的权重向量)并构建模糊信息集结算子。本项目旨在提出一类基于混合模糊信息的多属性群决策方法,有望为混合模糊信息条件下的复杂决策问题的解决提供理论和方法依据。

英文摘要: To avoid information loss or subject to the complexity of decision making problem, decision makers are inclined to provide different kinds of preference information in the process of decision making, such as triangular fuzzy numbers, interval numbers, (interval) linguistic information or (interval-valued) intuitionistic fuzzy sets etc. As a result, how to effectively deal with and aggregate heterogeneous decision information is of high importance to improve the quality of decision making. However, the research and achievement on this domain is not enough to form a perfect theoretical system up to now. In view of this, our project will dwell on the following theme and make some improvements: constructing transfer function between different kinds of decision information to avoid information loss; proposing new distance measures between fuzzy numbers to reduce information distortion; putting forward the interval 2-tuple linguistic model by which decision makers can naturally and fully express their knowledge and judgment; determining the weight vector properly for decision makers and constructing aggregation operators for fuzzy information. In conclusion, our project is aimed at putting forward a set of multiattribute group decision making methods with heterogeneous fuzzy information.
