中文摘要: 本项目拟用"模板浇铸法"组装表面多孔、结构疏松、尺寸在100-500 nm的明胶粒子,这种特殊的结构能够极大地的实现对药物的高效负载,摆脱传统方法所必需使用有机溶剂、表面活性剂、昂贵设备等不利条件,实现一种简单、快速、廉价、绿色环保组装明胶粒子的方法,并对其物理化学性质进行深入的研究,在此基础上将抗癌药物及铁磁性纳米粒子引入到明胶纳米粒子,并进一步对其表面进行功能化修饰,利用抗癌药物及铁磁性纳米粒子的性质对小鼠肿瘤进行磁共振成像及定向可控性给药,实现多功能化抗癌纳米药物的组装。

英文摘要: Gelatin Nanoparticles will be fabricated by the method of "Template casting strategy". The nanoparticles possess a loose and porous structure with the size about 100-500 nm, which make them as an efficient carrier for drugs. This strategy overcomes the drawbacks of normal methods, like needing organic solvents, surfactants, and expensive equipments in the experimental progress, and gives a simple, fast, cheap, environmental friendly method to fabricate gelatin nanoparticles with a high drugs loading efficiency due to the special structure of nanoparticles. Afterwards, gelatin nanoparticles will be loaded with anti-cancer drugs and iron magnetic nanoparticles, and be modified by functional groups. This system can not only diagnose the tumor by MRI but also release the drugs by a targeted and controlled manner, which make them as a multi-functional, efficient, therapy platform.
