中文摘要: 设施布局和物料运送是柔性制造系统的两个重要问题,但目前缺乏将二者集成优化的研究。本项目以柔性制造车间为背景,研究其设施布局和带装载约束的AGV路径规划二者集成优化问题,目的是进一步降低制造成本和缩短生产周期。从工程系统复杂性角度,研究柔性制造车间设施布局与AGV路径规划的集成建模和求解方法。主要内容包括:(1)研究设施布局与AGV路径规划的耦合关系,采用耦合关联矩阵分析方法确定本项目研究问题中各子问题耦合关系;(2)给出柔性制造车间设施布局和AGV路径规划相结合的一体化建模策略和方法,建立综合考虑布局设计、设备选择、物料装载、路径规划等因素的数学模型;(3)研究综合考虑设施布局和AGV路径规划的集成优化方法,给出一种异构种群差异进化的协同优化算法。通过本项目研究,期望推动柔性制造中相关科学问题的理论研究,并期望有助于促进布局设计理论和路径规划算法在柔性制造企业中的应用。

英文摘要: Facility layout and material handling are of great importance in the flexible production manufacturing system. However, there is rare research on integration optimization between these two factors above. This work studies the integrated optimization problem between facility layout and AGV path planning with loading restraint in the flexible production system, with the aim to reduce the production cost and to shorten the production period. From the perspective of engineering system complexity, this work makes a research on integration modeling and solution of facility layout and AGV path planning. Specific work includes (1) making coupling relationship analysis of facility layout and AGV path planning to confirm the correlation strength among sub-problems; (2) proposing integrative modeling strategy and a mathematical method which integrates AGV path planning and facility layout with consideration of layout design, facility selection, material loading and path planning; (3) giving a heterogeneous population differential evolution co-optimization algorithm after making a comprehensive research on the integrated optimization methods which consider both facility layout and AGV path planning.
