中文摘要: 本项研究考虑竞争行为,以公路合作运输为研究对象。通过分析合作运输的影响因素,探讨合作运输形成的机制,研究竞争与合作的动态演进机制;分别针对托运人合作与承运人合作,建立合作博弈模型,设计合作优化的求解算法;分析合作运输中的竞合策略,讨论竞争与合作的相互影响机制;分析不同信息共享程度与虚假信息对合作运输的影响,设计促使参与人实话实说的优化机制与合作解的分配方法;应用模拟方法对不同的分配方法进行分析,以验证模型的有效性与适用性;应用行为实验的方法探讨参与者风险偏好与感知公平对费用分配方案的影响。结合合作企业的实际,分析联合配送的合作方案与分配机制,探讨合作的运营机制。该项研究对运筹优化、合作博弈理论与方法的发展以及学科的交叉起着积极的推动作用,对降低运输成本、提高资源利用效率具有重要的意义,有利于从社会经济可持续发展的角度解决资源紧缺、交通拥挤和生态环境的问题。

英文摘要: This project studies collaboration in landside transportation, taking into account competition among players. Besides analyzing factors influencing collaboration in landside transportation, mechanism of alliance formation, stability of alliance, and dynamic evolution between collaboration and competition are also discussed. For shipper collaboration and carrier collaboration respectively, the corresponding cooperative game models are established and algorithms are designed for collaborative optimization problem. Moreover, players' strategies are analyzed under this co-opetitive environment, and also the interaction mechanism of competition and collaboration. Meanwhile, how information sharing and false information affect the benefits from collaboration is analyzed. Also, the auction mechanism and cost allocation rule inducing all carriers to tell the truth are discussed. Then, computational simulation is conducted to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of different models. What's more, behavior experiments are carried out to analyze how players' risk preference and perceived fairness affect their acceptance towards a cost allocation.
