中文摘要: 生物组织三维成像一直是研究者感兴趣的研究课题,在生物医学研究领域,获得非接触、无损伤、效率高的组织病变检测方法则更是众多研究者持之以恒的研究目标。本研究结合数字全息显微技术和光学相干层析技术的技术优势,采用弱相干光干涉扫描装置记录数字全息图;再现记录得到的各全息图,提取其位相信息,消除扫描引起的各部分位相波动,整合为生物组织以位相信息为参数的层析图像;根据位相变化和折射率分布之间的关系,可得到生物组织折射率分布及其病变之后的变化规律;由此可以组织折射率变化为标准检测组织病变。此研究将对显微物体三维成像和生物组织病变研究提供新的思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: 3D imaging of biologic tissues is a hot topic that most researcheres interest in. In the biomedical research field, it is a consistent goal to gain non-contact, no damage, high efficiency techniques for detection of pathological changes of tissues. Combining the advantages of the digital holography and optical coherence tomography, in this study, holograms are recorded by using the Low-Coherence light source which scans on the tissue in experiment.Phase information in each hologram is reconstructed and stitched to build up a phase tomographic image of the tissue. According to the relationship of the phase change and the refractive index, the refractive index changes of tissue can be obtained and the rule of the pathological changes can be concluded. This study will provide theoretical and practical basis for 3D imaging and detection of the pathological changes of tissues.
