中文摘要: 随着无线MEMS微系统(传感器和执行器)的微型化,传统的干电池供电方式存在体积(重量)大、使用时间短等问题,已成为影响MEMS微系统自治和应用领域扩展的主要瓶颈。片上集成微能源作为一种新的解决方案得到广泛的关注,其利用环境能量转换器,转换环境能量为微系统供电。但是,片上集成微能源的能量转换、存储和控制相关理论没有建立,设计工艺需进一步完善。项目拟通过集成MEMS传感器光伏微能源能量控制理论、高效微太阳能电池和微能量存储器设计及片上集成机理等研究,解决光电微能源的能量控制和片上集成等关键理论与技术问题,建立片上集成微能源能量输配管理的基础理论,为片上集成光电微能源的实用化提供理论、实验及技术支撑。项目研究的主要内容包括:集成传感器微能源能量转换、存储、输配控制管理机理,微器件结构及集成技术基础,片上集成光电微能源系统设计理论及集成光电微能能源MEMS电容压力传感器样机设计与特性测试。

英文摘要: With the micromation of the wirelss MEMS micro sysytem(sensor and actuator), the traditional battery supply mode has become a major bottleneck for the self-government and enlarge application field of the micro system due to its big volume(weight),short using time,etc. To solve this problem, the micro-power supply system integrated on chip is attaching more and more attentions. The system integrates with entironment energy converter that converts th entironment energy to supply for micro system. But,the theories of energy conversion,storage and control for miecro-power supply are not established, and the design technology of intrgated micro-power supply need to further research.In the project, the key theory and technology problems of integration devices design and techniques are solved throught studing the theory of energy control,high efficient solar cells design,energy storage and integration technique on chip,etc. The research results of the project provide supprot in theory, experimentation and technology for design of self-prower MEMS micro system. The major research contents include three aspects:a)the energy control theory of the micro solar power supply integrated with MEMS sensor; b)the intgrated technique and theroy of micro solar cells , MEMS sensor ,control circuitry and energy storage device; c)th
