中文摘要: 伤口出血、感染是临床上常见的病症之一。目前,临床上常见的止血材料多具有单一性。因此,如何开发出具有止血、抗菌为一体的生物医用材料是目前临床上亟待解决的问题。本项目以前期合成介孔生物玻璃为基础,探讨不同组分介孔生物玻璃的制备工艺、介孔尺寸、结晶性、比表面积等结构特性,优化其材料的组成;并和中药马勃复合,分析其比例调配、结构形貌对生物活性、降解性、细胞的增殖、分化特性,抗菌抑菌特性及动物实验的凝血性能影响,以期获得一定形貌的止血、抗菌复合材料,为进一步开发临床止血、抗菌产品奠定理论科学基础。

英文摘要: Wound bleeding, infection is one of the common illness in clinical. At present, clinically hemostatic materials have more single-function. So it is necessary to solve the problem of developing the hemostatic and antibacterial biomedical materials. This project is based on the pre-synthesized mesoporous bioactive glasses, to explore the preparation process of the different components, the pore size, crystalline, specific surface area and so on, to optimize the composition of the materials. Then mesoporous bioactive glasses with the Chinese medicine Puffball composite, is to analyze the proportion, structure, and morphology affected the bioactivity,degradation,cell proliferation and differentiation, antibacterial properties, and coagulation performance by the animal experiment. The purpose is to obtain the excellent hemostatic and antibacterial biomedical materials, which may be the theory basis for the further development of clinic products.
