中文摘要: 高速铁路轮轨系统是确保列车高速行驶安全的关键。针对高速铁路轮轨关系,本项目拟从轮轨型面和轮轨材料两个方面展开研究。首先在列车-轨道高速动态运行环境下,综合考虑低轮轨接触应力、低轮轨磨耗、良好的车辆曲线通过性能和较高的车辆蛇行失稳临界速度等优化目标条件,深入研究钢轨型面扩展法,提出一种轮轨型面优化设计理论,设计出不同运行速度等级下具有较好匹配性的轮轨型面。其次,利用高速轮轨模拟试验装置进行轮轨材料匹配的滚滑试验,以轮轨磨损与疲劳损伤动态平衡为基本准则,通过试验结果给出高速铁路轮轨材料硬度及韧性的最佳匹配区间,建立不同运输条件下轮轨材料的选配规范及原则。此外,对高速车轮与钢轨的使用情况进行跟踪调查,采集损伤车轮和钢轨样本,确定其微观组织结构的演化规律,进一步修正轮轨材料的匹配参数。本研究方法及成果将为我国高速铁路轮轨病害缓解和防治研究提供有效的理论依据和重要的指导作用。

英文摘要: Wheel/rail system of high-speed railway is a key factor for ensuring the high-speed operation safety of train. The profile and material matching of wheel and rail would be studied in this project based on the high-speed wheel/rail interaction. Firstly, the rail profile method is studied in detail under high-speed dynamic operation condition by comprehensive consideration of optimization object conditions, such as low contact stress of wheel/rail, low wear of wheel/rail, good performance of curve passing through on railway vehicle and high instability critical velocity of vehicle hunting. An optimization design theory of profile of wheel rail would be established by above study. Furthermore, it can design the profile of wheel and rail with good matching ability under different operation speed conditions. Secondly, the rolling/sliding test of material matching of wheel and rail would be performed using high-speed wheel/rail simulation facility. The experimental results would give best matching zone of hardness and toughness of wheel and rail material of high-speed railway. The matching standard and principle of wheel and rail material would be established according to above experimental results. Furthermore, there is a follow-up investigation on the service condition of high-speed wheel and rail. By analyzing the evolution law of microstructure structure of damaged wheel and rail samples, the matching parameters of wheel and rail materials would be corrected further. The study method and results have important guiding significance and theoretical significance for alleviating and preventing the damage of wheel-rail of high-speed railway in China.
